Chocolatier

Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in San Francisco's Mission District looking for a Chocolatier to support their in-house Confections Team. The Chocolatier will learn and perform all steps of the confections production process, tasting and evaluating confections for flavor and quality, and adhering to strict safety standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, good-humored, and eager to learn with a passion for chocolate.

Requirements

• Available 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday from either 7am-3:30pm or 11am-7:30pm
• Previous bakery, kitchen, or confections experience
• Ability to absorb new information in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and walking throughout your shift
