They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their hypergrowth team. This role focuses on team building, process optimization, and strategy development to drive revenue.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
- 2+ years managing teams of 5+ individual reps
- Clear grasp of BDR team best practices and pipeline generation methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- Proven Experience with B2B SaaS tools techstack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach etc.)
