Business Development Representative

Daniels Health is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities in the non-acute healthcare market. The BDR will identify and prospect new accounts, qualify leads, and develop strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related role (B2B experience preferred)
• Interest in healthcare, environmental services, or safety-focused solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to prospecting
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience selling into non-acute healthcare settings is a plus but not required
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)
