Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advocate to join our team at our Treatment Facility in Saint Jean sur Richelieu, QC. As a key point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional service, manage customer cases, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. No two days are the same in this role, and you will have the opportunity to problem solve and work together with a close-knit team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
