Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Customer Service, Manufacturing, or Call-Center positions
• Experience working with Lever or similar ATS
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• High skill level in customer service and teamwork
• Knowledge of recruiting technology (i.e. LinkedIn and Job Boards)
