Enterprise Solutions Architect

We're seeking a driven Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team and shape the journey of making Dash0 the best observability experience in the world.

Requirements

• Technical Leadership: Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) that highlight Dash0's differentiated technical capabilities.
• Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences.
• Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence roadmap and feature priorities.
• Customer and Field Engagement: Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Dash0 and showcase technical excellence.
• Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.
• Internal Enablement and Thought Leadership: Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Mentor peers and internal teams on Dash0's technical ecosystem and implementation patterns.
• Contribute to technical content, including blog posts, talks, and documentation that drive community engagement and thought leadership.
