Dash0 is seeking a driven Enterprise Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers and prospects. The successful candidate will design, demonstrate, and validate Dash0's technical capabilities in real-world environments, partnering with sales and product teams to deliver high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs) and guide observability architecture discussions.
Requirements
- Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) that highlight Dash0's differentiated technical capabilities.
- Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences.
- Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence roadmap and feature priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Dash0 and showcase technical excellence.
- Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.
- Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
- Mentor peers and internal teams on Dash0's technical ecosystem and implementation patterns.
- Contribute to technical content, including blog posts, talks, and documentation that drive community engagement and thought leadership.
