Director, Enterprise Sales - Public Sector (Federal Government/FED)

We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales to lead our Public Sector Enterprise Sales team in Japan. The successful candidate will have experience managing a high-performing Enterprise Sales team and a strong relationship with public sector customers in Japan.

Requirements

• Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives
• Achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota
• Develop and manage Enterprise Sales Executives on productivity metrics
• Coach Sales Executives through building executive relationships
• Shape the direction of the go-to market strategy
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product and Success
