Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience supporting B2B cloud software
- Self-driven, curious, and eager learner
- Strong team player with global interaction skills
- Customer-driven individual with technical challenges-solving skills
- Technical understanding of website hosting and architecture, mobile application, and internet workings
- Experience with Apache, Nginx, AWS Lambda@edge, CDNs, and WAFs
- Cybersecurity experience
