As an Expert AI Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping Sherpany at the bleeding edge of AI, identifying emerging technologies, and building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate them. You will work with a team of 150 talented individuals from around the world, with a culture rooted in trust and responsibility.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Python ecosystems
• Proven ability to architect and deploy complex systems like RAG, AI agents, or fine-tuning pipelines in production
• Understanding of the limits of hardware and ability to squeeze performance out of vLLM or Kubernetes
