Job Description
Sherpany is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to define and own the AI technical vision, drive AI strategy, and shape the architecture and technical direction of Sherpany's AI systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in architectural or principal-level roles
- Deep expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with secure AI deployments and compliance-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives
