Senior AI Engineer (Europe, remote) - Sherpany

Sherpany is a leading solution for managing board and executive meetings. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will focus on building and optimizing AI components and pipelines for Sherpany's products.

Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in production environments
• strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• experience with on-prem AI deployments is a strong plus.
• experience with containerization (Docker) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, Git)
• familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements
• experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives
