Job Description
As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve their goals using our innovative, AI-powered solutions, while identifying and capturing opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into technical requirements and drive customer retention and growth.
