Account Executive, Emerging US West

Dayforce is a global human capital management (HCM) company seeking an Account Executive to join their Emerging Markets team. The role involves selling HCM solutions to mid-market companies and developing referral and influence partner relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience selling HCM (Human Capital Management) software solutions
• Proven track record of prospecting, developing partner and influence relationships, and closing new HCM business opportunities in a mid-market environment
• Experience in consultative sales engagements specifically within HCM or HR technology
• Strong understanding of HCM solutions, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and workforce management
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of HCM business drivers, value expectations, and business case development
• Valid driver's license required
