Account Executive, Enterprise

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by selling Dayforce HCM solutions to mid-to-large, complex organisations within an assigned industry vertical. As a SaaS HR specialist, you will partner with customers to help them lead their workforce transformation journeys and design and deliver solutions that enable greater agility, data-driven decision-making, and a strong return on investment.

Requirements

• Prior successful sales/business development experience in HR or ERP or Solution sector in Australia
• Proven selling (mainly in solution selling), influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently while being managed remotely
• Strong client focus and outstanding capacity to work well with multiple prospects
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills used in clear concise language
