Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exposure in SQL, and experience in ERP application will be an advantage
- Prior experience in workforce management or related field is a plus
