Project Manager, GTM Operations

DBSync is looking for an execution-focused GTM Project Manager to bring operational rigor to their go-to-market engine. The successful candidate will own the tracking, coordination, and accountability layer across marketing, partner channel, and sales operations, ensuring campaigns ship, metrics are hit, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• 3+ years in project, program, or operations management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing ops tools
• Strong command of AI productivity tools and genuine curiosity about automation
• Comfortable in data — able to read pipeline reports and call out gaps clearly
• Track record of holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill status into crisp summaries for leadership
