Sales Director, Enterprise

dbt Labs is seeking a Sales Director, Enterprise to grow and manage its enterprise customer base. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, be proactive and curious, and have a proven track record of exceeding annual targets in technology sales.

Requirements

• Demonstrable ability to build and close your own pipeline within enterprise accounts
• 4+ years closing experience in technology sales
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills
• Diligence and organizational skills to work long, intricate sales cycles
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment
• Passion for being an inclusive teammate and involved member of the community
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn
