Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Souschef to lead our kitchen team at Bikini Bikini, a new venture of De Horeca Group. As Souschef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, providing input for the new menu, and taking into account the implementation of recipes and cost calculation. Requirements
- MBO diploma in the direction of kitchen or equivalent work experience
- Flexible and available on weekends
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Operationally strong and able to keep your head cool even in hectic moments
- Teacher's diploma or willingness to obtain one
- Expertise in modern cooking techniques and a creative approach to cooking
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive contribution to innovative work methods and new menu cards
