Dean Technology is seeking a Helpdesk Associate to manage and resolve internal helpdesk requests, troubleshoot issues, and understand corporate onboarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting onsite and remote computers, printers, scanners, copiers, and other network enabled devices in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Prior experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and desktop operating systems such as office 365 products and Windows 11.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP.
- Experience running network wiring and terminating cables with RJ45 connectors and keystone jacks.
- Capability to follow established procedures and policies.
- Ability to manage and resolve helpdesk requests in person or over the phone and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Security awareness training for personnel who do not have computer access to online training.
- Lifting of heavy IT equipment up to 45Lbs.
