Job Description
Join our team as an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations for our Belgian and Dutch organization. As part of a small HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and providing support to employees and managers. You will manage key HR operations, coordinate compensation and benefits administration, and contribute to HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar HR role in Belgium
- Knowledge of Belgian labour law
- A hands-on and pragmatic approach to HR operations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Proficiency MS office â strong knowledge of excel
