Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. As the Associate Legal Counsel I, you will support drafting and reviewing employment, commercial, and corporate agreements, and provide legal advice on employment law, contract negotiations, and corporate matters.

Requirements

• Supports the drafting and review of employment, commercial, and corporate agreements with minimum guidance.
• Assists in providing accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice on employment law, contract negotiations, and corporate matters.
• Identifies and suggests improvements to contract management processes to enhance efficiency.
• Works on assigned projects with clear deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality completion whilst meeting all SLA’s.
• Performs any additional tasks or assignments as required by management from time to time.
