They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to break into new accounts and build relationships within various customer segments. The role focuses on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team with market research and execution. Deel is focused on enabling work, global talent, and growth.
Requirements
- Generically based in Japan
- Native Japanese ability
- 1 year of experience in sales development or similar outbound commercial role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (plus) is a plus
