Job Description

The company is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to nurture relationships with customers, drive adoption, and ensure successful integration of their solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer-focused problem-solving.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Customer Success
- Proven track record in blending customer engagement with technical expertise
- Hands-on experience with product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers
- Strong technical aptitude, fluency in APIs, and ability to troubleshoot basic L1 support
- Experience engaging across technical teams and executive buyers
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ownership and stewardship for customers
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems
