
A small but rapidly growing team in Berlin and Munich with big ambitions, building a start-up from scratch to the leading IT operating system in Europe
You increase the number of qualified leads generated monthly to win more customers
You identify potential B2B partners from the SaaS sector in Germany
You improve the success rate of cold calling by targeted address and personalization of outreach emails and calls
You ensure that the leads you generate match the ideal customer profile (ICP) and have high conversion chances
You reduce the response time to incoming leads to ensure that potential customers are quickly taken care of
You deepen your understanding of the needs and challenges of target customers on your own to be able to lead more targeted conversations
You monitor and analyze KPIs to identify weaknesses
You are a sympathetic, open-minded, and communicative personality and a loyal team player
You have already gained initial experience in sales or account management, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector
You navigate safely in CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
You demonstrate high self-motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
You have experience in data-driven work and the use of KPIs for performance measurement
You continue to educate yourself continuously to improve your sales skills and knowledge
You speak fluent English and German (at least C1 level)
