Principal HR Business Partner

Definitive Healthcare is seeking a strategic and data-driven Principal Human Resources Business Partner to join its People team. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership of the Go-to-Market/Sales teams and develop and execute a talent strategy to support their objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in a HRBP role
• Experience working and supporting sales/GTM teams
• Proactive problem-solving using data to inform/influence decision making
• Conducting data analysis and developing actionable insights
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
• Knowledge and experience applying HR principles in organizational design and development, talent development, and change management
