Job Description
The BXP Specialist provides professional, friendly, and efficient service to members by assisting with financial transactions and account management. They promote member education, identify opportunities to recommend credit union solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations while contributing to the success of the branch and organization.
Requirements
- Assist members with their financial needs
- Process paying and receiving transactions
- Maintain and balance operating cash daily
- Promote a needs based member education culture
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Comply with all regulations, security procedures, and complete all mandatory annual compliance courses
