The BXP Specialist provides professional, friendly, and efficient service to members by assisting with financial transactions and account management.

Requirements

• Assist members of the credit union with their financial needs in a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely manner.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the applicable core system, including loan and deposit platforms.
• Maintain and balance operating cash daily.
• Greet members/guests to establish rapport and direct to appropriate area.
• Promote a needs based member education culture within the branch to identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services.
