Job Description
Deliverect is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering for its North American market. The role involves leading the technical strategy and execution for QSR brand partnerships, providing expert technical advice, and establishing operational processes to drive sales success. The ideal candidate will act as the principal technical advisor and shape the technical roadmap for Deliverect’s products.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive technical experience
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity (Solutions Architect or Principal Solutions Engineer)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in API architectures (REST, GraphQL)
- Knowledge of QSR/Hospitality technology ecosystem
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
