Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or relevant qualification in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or operations platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
