Requirements
- 8-10+ years of Human Resource (HR) experience with expert knowledge of OD methodologies
- Ability to partner on change management methodologies across multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative/influencing capabilities with all levels of leadership
- Prior experience in a consulting capacity at a large consulting firm
- Organizational and project/program management skills
- Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards execution
