Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Specialist with German language proficiency to independently manage a moderately complex accounts receivable portfolio and serve as a subject matter expert for collections processes, tools, and escalation handling.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in finance customer service or a related field
- Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP/AR systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently, manage escalations, and recommend actions aligned with company policies and approval frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1)
- Ability to mentor junior team members and drive improvements
