Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Advisor (F/M) for our ServiceNow team. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in ITSM and functional analysis, ServiceNow system administrator certification, and mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL v4 best practices, and configuration best practices. The role involves designing, managing, and monitoring processes, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and formalize functional requirements. Excellent communication skills in oral and written French and English are required. The salary scale for this position is $80,000 to $138,000.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ITSM and functional analysis
- ServiceNow system administrator certification (CSA)
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL v4 best practices, and configuration best practices
- Experience in setting up integrations with third-party applications, using IntegrationHub or web service APIs
- Experience in managing and implementing ServiceNow projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written French and English
