Job Description
We are seeking a Senior ITOM ServiceNow Consultant to join our ServiceNow team. As a Senior ITOM ServiceNow Consultant, you will work with clients and lead project facets such as configuration management, service design, operations management, and research. You will use your knowledge to participate in process improvement initiatives and provide the necessary support.
Requirements
- Five years of experience implementing ServiceNow Detection and Mapping services
- Demonstrated experience in designing custom probes and sensors
- Solid ServiceNow scripting experience
- Adequate PowerShell and Bash mastery for interacting with Windows and Unix systems
- At least five years of experience with Python, Ruby, or a similar scripting language
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and ability to describe how to structure an organization's services
- Experience managing events through interoperability with event accumulator tools such as SolarWinds and Dynatrace
- Experience with ServiceNow AIOps visualization and automation
- Experience with Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or similar coding technology (a plus)
- Experience with networks and telecommunications infrastructure (a plus)
- Experience with the ServiceNow Network Inventory Data Model and Telecommunications Service Management add-on (a plus)
- Bilingualism in French and English (a serious plus for this role)
