As a senior advisor within the ServiceNow team, you will work directly with the service delivery team as well as external stakeholders to gather client requirements and business processes. You will also participate in developing tailored solutions that meet client needs while improving their current situation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an ITSM and functional analysis role, including 2+ years as a functional ITSM manager or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL v4 best practices, configuration best practices, and ServiceNow platform governance
- Experience in setting up integrations with third-party applications using IntegrationHub or web service APIs, desired
- Experience in managing and implementing ServiceNow projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and formalize functional requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, including presentation and facilitation of workshops
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and balance business acumen and strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
