Job Description
Deluxe is seeking a Junior IT Support to provide technical support for end users, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with setup and deployment of workstations and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cinema/film and previous experience in an IT Support role, along with basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or similar entry-level role
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS; basic Linux knowledge is a plus
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Willingness to learn troubleshooting methodologies and IT support best practices
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
