Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
