Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager - Client Services (Title Manager) to foster collaborative relationships with clients, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles, specifically in the entertainment and localization industry, and proficiency in Japanese and English.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Project management experience with timelines, budgets, quality, and client relationships
- Native/professional/advanced spoken & written proficiency in Japanese
- Fluent English skills
- Understanding of localization / media processes
- Ability to work some extended/flexible hours
