demandDrive is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Development Manager to lead client relationships, drive sales development programs, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales development management, account management, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in sales development management, account management, or a similar role, particularly within the technology sector in a digital agency or related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach SDR teams to achieve high performance
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and creative services
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, especially SFDC and HubSpot, with a conceptual understanding of building reporting and dashboards in others
- Familiarity with building high-quality prospect lists for Sales Development Teams using tools like ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom research methods
- Proven experience in developing highly effective talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks designed to deliver high response rates and drive results
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting purposes
- Ability to take accountability for client accounts, demonstrating ownership of both successes and areas for improvement
