MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Arizona medical license; Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; and 5+ years of physician leadership experience in Primary Care
Licensed Clinical Therapist
Degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work and current or pending Arizona license (LAC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, LAMFT/LMFT, Psy.D)
Family Nurse Practitioner- (Internal Medicine)
Master’s in nursing and board certification are required. Proficiency in electronic medical records is needed. Candidates must have current AZ medical licenses and certifications
Medical Front Desk-Patient Engagement Specialist II
Requires GED or High School Diploma, 6 months of experience in customer service or medical front office, and CPR/First Aid certification
Case Manager - Behavioral Health
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate’s degree w/2+ years experience or 3yrs exp. High school diploma w/3 yrs exp
Psychiatrist – MD/DO | Full-Time, Part-Time, or 1099
MD/DO, board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry. DEA license & CPR/First Aid. Proficiency in EHR systems & virtual care platforms
Family Medicine Physician - Tucson
MD or DO with 5-10 yrs experience. CPR/FST & current legal/health clearances are required
Family Medicine Physician MD/DO - Flagstaff
MD/DO with 5-10 yrs experience required. Must have CPR/First Aid & legal clearances. Digital medical record experience needed
Licensed Clinical Therapist- Open to Hybrid, Onsite, or Fully Remote
Degree in counseling/social work + Arizona license. Skills in psychotherapy and diagnosis are needed. CPR/First Aid and fingerprint clearance are also required
