Medical Front Desk-Patient Engagement Specialist II

Medical Front Desk-Patient Engagement Specialist II position serves as a first point of contact for all entities that enter a medical facility and is responsible for patient intake and care.

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma required
• Medical Assistant certification or Associate degree in a health-related field preferred
• Minimum of six months' professional experience in a similar role, such as customer service or medical front office, preferred
• Valid and current CPR, First Aid Certification, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using electronic record-keeping systems (EMR, billing software, insurance carrier portals, spreadsheets, etc.) preferred
• Bilingual capabilities preferred
