The Talent Management Career Mobility Program Manager will oversee the design and implementation of talent management programs, including skill-based career pathing, job matching, and mentoring initiatives. This role will work to ensure consistency across the organization and drive business impact through talent development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 8+ years of related experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- Advanced degree in Organizational Development or Industrial/Organizational Psychology (preferred)
