CASE MANAGER

The Case Manager provides assessments, assignments, and accountability to guests and participants in our facilities and programs, maintaining relationships with community providers and developing individualized case plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR two years of related work experience
• Colorado Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) certification or equivalent preferred
• Active Driver's License
• CPR certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification within 90 days of hire
