The Case Manager provides assessments, assignments, and accountability to guests and participants in our facilities and programs, maintaining relationships with community providers and developing individualized case plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR two years of related work experience
- Colorado Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS) certification or equivalent preferred
- Active Driver's License
- CPR certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification within 90 days of hire
