Job Description
Dermatology Solutions Group, LLC (DSG) is seeking a Phone Center Representative to answer patient calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information. This role is crucial for ensuring positive patient experiences and follows HIPAA regulations. The position requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced, medical practice environment.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in the operation of a computer keyboard.
- Must be able to tolerate long periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must have good driving record
- Full range of body motion and coordination skills for lifting, standing, reaching and performing other required tasks.
