We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building integrations, configuring Event Management and Major Incident Management, and developing automation that allows for improved incident management and service observability.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Solid experience in Event Management and Major Incident Management.
- Experience developing in ServiceNow with JavaScript.
- Experience creating Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Experience implementing Flow Designer and automation within ServiceNow.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools via REST APIs or webhooks.
- Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM model.
- Experience working with JSON, APIs, and tools like Postman.
- Experience integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, or Zabbix.
- Experience in designing integration architectures and event management.
