Job Description
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Solid experience in Event Management and Major Incident Management
- Experience developing in ServiceNow with JavaScript
- Experience creating Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs
- Experience implementing Flow Designer and automations within ServiceNow
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools using REST APIs or webhooks
- Knowledge in CMDB and CSDM model
- Experience working with JSON, APIs, and tools like Postman
- Experience integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, or Zabbix
- Experience in designing integration architectures and event management
