Job Description
We are looking for a Observability Engineer to work with one of our banking clients, instrumenting, maintaining, and optimizing monitoring platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in observability instrumentation with tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar.
- SLO-oriented metric modeling, logging, and tracing.
- Design of data ingestion and transformation pipelines (Kafka, Fluent Bit, or others).
- Scripting and automation with Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and databases.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and networking.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience and root cause analysis (RCA) using AIOps and distributed tracing practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence.
