Ingeniero de SRE/Observabilidad - Sector Financiero/Bancario

We are looking for an Observability Engineer responsible for instrumenting, maintaining, and optimizing monitoring platforms for one of our banking clients.

Requirements

• Required experience in observability instrumentation with tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar.
• Modeling of metrics, logs, and traces oriented to SLO.
• Design of data ingestion and transformation pipelines (Kafka, Fluent Bit, or others).
• Scripting and automation with Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and databases.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and networking.
• Experience in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) using AIOps and distributed tracing practices.
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
