Ingeniero de SRE/Observabilidad - Sector Financiero/Bancario

We are looking for an Observability Engineer responsible for instrumenting, maintaining and optimizing monitoring platforms for one of our banking clients.

Requirements

• Experience in observability instrumentation with tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix or similar.
• Metrics, logs and traces modeling for SLO.
• Data ingestion and transformation pipeline design (Kafka, Fluent Bit or others).
• Scripting and automation with Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP) and databases.
• Knowledge in infrastructure and networking.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) experience using AIOps and distributed tracing practices.
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence.
