Dext is a fast-growing fintech that revolutionizes accounting with AI and machine learning. The company is looking for an Account Manager to replace a maternity leave in a temporary position (6 months) starting from June 1st.
Requirements
- Reduce the churn rate and increase the retention of your client portfolio by identifying their needs and weaknesses to provide appropriate solutions to generate revenue;
- Use our tools and your knowledge of the market to analyze and forecast sales opportunities;
- Increase recurring monthly revenues and the average subscription value (upsell);
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders by working alongside our teams to ensure a transparent purchasing and deployment process;
- Develop a successful purchasing journey, by supporting and creating a positive experience for our clients;
- Support marketing actions by participating in various events as a sector expert;
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 partner firms in a binomial with a CSM;
- Respect the processes and administrative management on our internal tools (Salesforce, Salesloft).
